The Northampton Housing Authority (NHA) 2020 5-Year PHA Plan, 2020 Annual PHA Plan, Admission & Continued Occupancy Policies (ACOP) Revisions, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan Revisions, and Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan are Available for Review and Inspection.
The Public is advised Northampton Housing Authority has made the following draft document proposals available for public review and inspection:
NHA will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the draft plans and proposed policy revisions on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at 6:30PM, at NHA’s Main Office, 49 Old South, Northampton, MA 01060.
The changes to the plans consist of minor amendments proposed as a result of regulatory changes made or authorized by HUD. As the NHA makes changes to the draft plan as a result of recommendations from groups such as the Resident Advisory Board, and other written comment, those changes will be added as supplementary to the copy of the plan available for review.
The plan is available at the address above during normal business hours and the location where the plan is available for review is accessible to persons with disabilities.
Written comments on the proposals are welcomed from March 2, 2019 to April 16, 2020. All written comments must be received by April 16, 2020 for consideration. Written comments can be submitted as follows:
